UNA CASA PER TUTTI : Container house , una soluzione che permette di avere case a basso costo in maniera ecosostenibile grazie al riuso dei container usati , ovviamente senza rinunciare al confort e all’estetica dell’abitare. Il progetto cerca di promuovere la sostenibilità attraverso l'inclusione e l'innovazione, pensando di soddisfare i bisogni delle attuali generazioni senza compromettere quelli delle generazioni future.
Abbiamo notato che i moduli standard usati per i container si prestano all’utilizzo residenziale, e con le opportune modifiche, si ottengono spazi utili abitabili rientranti nei minimi stabiliti dalle leggi e la trasportabilità ovunque necessiti. Con la semplice trasformazione d’uso si crea ricchezza!
Case temporanee, case mobili, case per villaggi turistici, camping, glamping, case per migranti, case per nomadi, case per la residenza dei senza tetto, uffici mobili, negozi nel deserto, presìdi di civiltà,…. ; tanti usi insomma, aggregando semplicemente moduli a formare forme e volumi tutti diversi ma soddisfacenti le esigenze richieste senza rinunciare alla qualità architettonica e alla funzione dei materiali di riuso e riciclo a fine vita. Eco-sostenibilità a 360 gradi!
La mini-casa in questione, dalle foto, può anche sembrare di dimensioni normali, ma è in realtà, appunto, una "mini" casa: poche decine di metri quadrati, ma sfruttati al massimo, tanto che la cucina è ampia e comoda, così come il salotto e la camera da letto. All'interno, nei suoi pochi mq, presenta bordi curvi, mobili incorporati e tecnologia a comando vocale, la configurazione base prevede impianto idraulico, fognario, di illuminazione ed elettrico integrati.
Ispirato ad uno degli esempi più sorprendenti di edifici costruiti con materiali riciclati il Container City di Londra. Costruito nel 2001, in soli cinque mesi, ha segnato una pietra miliare come il primo edificio interamente realizzato con container marittimi in Inghilterra, perfetto per leggere, dormire e riposarsi durante i fine settimana. La luce all'interno è abbondante grazie alle grandi vetrate e le piccole dimensioni regalano la bellissima sensazione di vivere in un ambiente accogliente, calmo e sicuro. Per massimizzare le possibilità dello spazio, sono state scelte porte scorrevoli per le camere da letto e le persiane alle finestre sono integrate nelle pareti. Con questo stesso obiettivo, i tavoli da incasso nelle camere da letto si ripiegano quando non vengono utilizzati.
Gli interni, poi, sono obbiettivamente incredibili: design minimale, un grande divano per passare le giornate di vacanza all'insegna del relax, l'ampia cucina abitabile e una struttura che dà la netta sensazione di stare in una casa sull'albero, o una casa delle bambole che per qualche ragione è diventata gigante tutto ad un tratto.
Ma c'è un altro punto forte, oltre la bellezza del design, le pareti, gli interni e la comodità, queste mini-case costano pochissimo. Tanto che, tra i piccoli capolavori architettonici come questo, è in assoluto la più economica. "Poiché crediamo che tutto cominci in casa, attrezzeremo le nostre case per vivere in uno spazio chiaramente rispettoso dell'ambiente. Permettiamo alle persone di condurre uno stile di vita sostenibile senza ulteriori sforzi". Quasi il 90% dei materiali utilizzati per assemblare container house viene riciclato. Inoltre, l'ambiente in cui viene prodotta richiede solo l'1% della quantità totale di acqua utilizzata dalle costruzioni tradizionali. In questo modo si lavora con una precisione che genera meno rifiuti e polvere.
Ma ciò che spicca sopra le altre caratteristiche è la tecnologia. Container house è dotata di un sistema di chiusura digitale, luci che cambiano colore, un lettore musicale intelligente e tapparelle elettriche. Gli acquirenti possono anche selezionare opzioni che includono pavimenti riscaldati elettricamente, servizi igienici compostabili, pannelli solari, aria condizionata, servizi igienici intelligenti, un sistema di illuminazione sensibile al movimento, uno specchio intelligente e una telecamera di sicurezza.
Dopo la pandemia di coronavirus, la vita minimalista in piccoli spazi si consoliderà. Migliaia di persone si allontaneranno dalle città e non condivideranno più appartamenti per cercare e trovare il proprio spazio sicuro.

Temporary homes, mobile homes, homes for tourist villages, camping, glamping, homes for migrants, homes for nomads, homes for the homeless, mobile offices,
shops in the desert, garrisons of civilization,…. ; in short, many uses, simply aggregating modules to form shapes and volumes that are all different but satisfying the required needs without sacrificing the architectural quality and the function of the materials to be reused and recycled at the end of their life. 360-degree eco-sustainability!
The mini-house in question, from the photos,
it may seem of normal size, but it is actually a "mini" house: a few tens of square meters, but exploited to the maximum, so much so that the kitchen is large and comfortable, as well as the living room and bedroom. Inside, in its few square meters, it has curved edges, built-in furniture and voice-activated technology,
the basic configuration includes integrated plumbing, sewage, lighting and electrical systems.
Inspired by one of the most striking examples of buildings built with recycled materials, the Container City of London. Built in 2001, in just five months,
marked a milestone as the first building entirely made of shipping containers in England, perfect for reading, sleeping and resting on weekends. The light inside is abundant thanks to the large windows and the small dimensions give the wonderful feeling of living in a welcoming environment,
calm and safe. To maximize the possibilities of the space, sliding doors have been chosen for the bedrooms and shutters on the windows are integrated into the walls. With this same goal, built-in tables in bedrooms fold away when not in use.
The interiors, then,
are objectively incredible: minimal design, a large sofa to spend relaxing holidays, the large eat-in kitchen and a structure that gives the distinct feeling of being in a tree house, or a doll's house that for some reason it went giant all of a sudden.
But there is another strong point,
beyond the beauty of the design, the walls, the interiors and the comfort, these mini-houses cost very little. So much so that, among the small architectural masterpieces like this one, it is by far the cheapest.
